Viewing Information in Different File Formats

Document accessibility: The accessibility of downloadable documents depends on their structure, including text recognition, reading order, headings and alternative text for meaningful images. Opening a PDF in a reader does not, by itself, establish accessibility.

Legacy Flash content: Adobe Flash Player is discontinued and is not recommended for use. Modern browsers generally do not support Flash content.

The accessibility options available on this website are intended to make information easier to read and navigate. Use the accessibility icon displayed on the page to open the available controls. The options shown may vary by page or device.

Changing the Text Size

If text is difficult to read, use the text-size controls in the accessibility toolbar, where available:

• Decrease text size: reduces the displayed text size.
• Increase text size: enlarges the displayed text size.
• Reset: restores the toolbar’s default settings, if this option is available.

You can also use your browser’s zoom controls. In most desktop browsers, press Ctrl and + to zoom in, Ctrl and - to zoom out, or Ctrl and 0 to restore the default zoom. On a Mac, use the Command key instead of Ctrl.

Contrast and Display Options

Open the accessibility toolbar and choose an available contrast or display option that makes the page easier to read. Use the reset option, if provided, to return to the original display. Your browser or device may also offer contrast, colour and magnification settings.

Changing the Content Language

Use the language selector in the website header to choose a language where a translated page is available:

• मराठी — opens the Marathi Help page.
• English — opens the English Help page.

Some linked documents and external services may be available in a different language.

Using the Website with a Keyboard

Most browsers allow you to press Tab to move between links and controls, Shift + Tab to move backwards, and Enter to activate a focused link. You can use the “Skip to content” link, where provided, to bypass repeated navigation.

Search Tips

• If you receive no useful results, try an alternative term or remove less important words.
• Check the main navigation and site map if you cannot locate a page using search.
