The content for the MSEDCL consumer mobile app is provided by MSEDCL and by accessing this mobile app, you unconditionally accept to be legally bound by the terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the mentioned terms and conditions, please do not access the MSEDCL consumer mobile app.

Efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on the MSEDCL consumer mobile app; however, the same should not be interpreted as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes.

Under no circumstances MSEDCL will be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of MSEDCL consumer mobile app.

The MSEDCL consumer mobile app records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes, such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting the MSEDCL consumer mobile app unless an attempt to damage the mobile app has been detected. We will not identify users except when a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs.
