List of candidates shortlisted for personal interview to the Advt. No. 07/2018
An advertisement No. 07/2018 advertised for filling in various posts viz. Executive Engineer (Dist.), Addl. Executive Engineer (Dist.) and Dy. Executive Engineer (Dist.) by way of direct recruitment was published on the website of the Company as well as in the leading newspaper in the month of October, 2018. The last date of submission of On-Line application was 06/11/2018 which was extended up to 19/11/2018. Thereafter, a corrigendum to the Advt. No 07/2018 was published due to the change in the Reservation Policy i.e. SEBC and EWS along with the instructions therein. As such, the URL link was available for submission of fresh online application from 01/03/2019 to 21/03/2019. Same was intimated to the candidates on their registered E-mail and SMS and published in the leading newspaper.
The online tests for various posts advertised vide Advt. No. 07/2018 was held on 14-15th May, 2019 at various test centres. Taking into consideration the information provided in the application form and performance in the online test, the candidates have been short-listed for personal interview.
The short-listed candidates will individually be intimated through e-mail about the venue and schedule of personal interview along with the instructions therein.
The short-listed candidates shall be present for personal interview on the date and time shown against their names on the address mentioned in their call letter and no request for change of date and time will be accepted.
The selection of the candidates will be subject to the directives/orders from Government of Maharashtra in accordance with the decision/outcome of PIL No. 175 of 2018 and other connected Writ Petitions filed before the Hon’ble High Court, Mumbai.
The short listed candidate shall produce the Original and self attested copies of certificates/documents in support as mentioned in the System Generated Application Form viz., SSC Certificate for Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience Certificate, Social and Horizontal reservation certificates, Emoluments certificate etc., along with the System Generated Application Form and original Call Letter of interview, failing which the candidates will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
Candidates who are shortlisted for interview for the specific posts should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria regarding qualification, experience, age etc. as on 06/11/2018. Their admission to all the stages of recruitment process will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement. Company will take up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to documents only after the candidate has qualified in the final interview. Please note that it shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate to prove his eligibility with respect to all the conditions mentioned in the Advt. No. 07/2018. In case the candidate fails to do so, then his/ her candidature will be liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment / appointment process
The decision of the Company in all matters relating to the recruitment process shall be final and no individual correspondence will be entertained.
