            The draft seniority list of Dy. Executive Engineers working in M.S.E.D.C.L. as on 31/03/2008 has been prepared, keeping in view the principles as laid down in the M.S.E.B. Employees’ Seniority Regulations and enclosed herewith for circulation amongst the concerned Dy. Executive Engineers. All concern Dy. Executive Engineers are requested to verify the following data:-

1. Date of Birth
2. Caste Certificate & Caste Validity Certificate submitted remark
3. Place of working
4. Date of joining in Board / Present post
5. Whether selected through Direct Recruitment or Promotion

            Representations, if any, should be forwarded to this office on or before 16/12/2008. While forwarding representations regarding date of birth, caste & caste validity certificate, qualification, date of joining, place of working etc., the concerned GAD Head should check data with Service Book to avoid back references. The draft seniority list is also placed on the Web Site at www.mahadiscom.in
