Sub: FAC charges for the month of November 2005 and December 2005 to be

levied in the bills to be issued in the month of March 2006.

Ref: Office Note No. SE/TRC/445 dated 07.03.2006.

The FAC to be levied in the bills to be issued in the month of March 2006 is as under:

Metered consumers

Paise 40 per kWh

This 40 paise per kWh includes FAC of 20 paise per kWh for the month of November 2005 duly approved by MERC and paise 20 per kWh for the month of December 2005

The bills may carry a mention “Total FAC for February 40 paise per unit (November 2005 FAC 20 paise per unit approved by MERC and December 2005 FAC 20 paise per unit)”
