Subject:   Capex report new format for December 2008 & onward.

Please find attached herewith the new format of Capex Report which is as per MSEDCL's Annual Plan (Capital Budget), the detail Capital Budget circular is being issued by CE (Dist.) shortly.

 The new format needs to be used from Dec 2008 report and onward.
