Select list of Meritorious Sportspersons for the posts of Jr. Operator & Jr.Technician advertised vide Advt.No.3/2010
Advertisement for the posts of Jr. Operator & Jr. Technician was published during the month of July, 2010.
Taking into consideration the educational qualification, experience and performance in the sports events/activities as notified in the advertisement the candidates were short listed for the interview.
Personal interviews of the short listed candidates were held during 14/12/2010 to 16/12/2010 at Mumbai.
Taking into consideration the educational qualification, sports activities and performance in the Personal interview, the select list has been prepared.
The select list of the candidates in order of merit is as indicated below.
The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for appointment.
The selection of the candidates is purely on provisional basis subject to confirmation of the pre-requisites and other conditions as notified in the advertisement.
In case of employees of the Company, the selection is provisional, subject to verification of disciplinary action and vigilance investigation if any.
If it is subsequently found that, any selected candidate is not fulfilling the requirement of pre-requisites or not fulfilling any of the condition, his candidature is liable to be cancelled.
The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Company. The allocation of the selected candidates will be made available shortly.
The candidates selected for the post of Jr. Technician will have to undergo one year sandwich course at their own cost. The fees for the sandwich course is Rs. 15,000/- and the candidate has to bear and pay before joining the course at Zonal office. The Zonal offices will allocate the ITI Institute for the sandwich course. The candidates will be appointed only on successful completion of sandwich course in first attempt. The unsuccessful candidates will not be considered for appointment to the post of Jr. Technician later on.
As per the Govt. Circular No.BCC-2009/P.K.291/09/16-B dated 05/11/2009, the Backward class candidates will have to submit the Caste Validity Certificate before issue of Appointment Order.
While every care has been taken in preparing the results, MSEDCL reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake.
