The written test of the eligible departmental employees and outside Candidates (special drive for Meritorious Sportspersons and Persons with Disabilities) was held on 15.01.2012 at Mumbai.

Taking into consideration performance in the written test and interview, the select list for the post of L.D.C./Office Assistant against advertisement has been prepared.

Taking into consideration performance in the written test the select list for the post of L.D.C./Office Assistant against Internal Notification has been prepared.

The select list of the candidates in order of merit separately is as indicated below.

Those reserved category candidates who are selected on merit have been treated as Open category candidate in the select list.

The select list will not confer any right on the candidates for appointment.

The selection of the candidates is purely on provisional basis subject to confirmation of the pre-requisites and other conditions as notified in the notification and advertisement.

The selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in the territorial jurisdiction of Company. The allocation of the selected candidates will be made available shortly.

The candidates who are already employees of the Company, their selection is provisional subject to verification of disciplinary action and vigilance investigation if any and other service record.

The Backward class candidates (other than SC &ST category) are selected subject to submission of a certificate from appropriate authority as prescribed by Govt. of Maharashtra vide Circular No. CBC-10/2006/PK 15/BCR-5 dated 05/06/2006 showing that they are not covered under the concept of Creamy Layer. (Not applicable for Sportsperson)

For claiming the benefit of reservation under Backward Class category, the candidates should produce a caste validity certificate issued by Caste Scrutiny Committee. Those selected candidates applied without caste validity certificate will be appointed provisionally only after submission of proof of submission of documents to appropriate Caste Scrutiny Committee for caste validity as per G.R.No.BCC-2011/P.K.1064/2011/16-B dated 12/12/2011.
