    Shri Prakash V. Page has joined Board of MSEDCL as an Independent Director (Finance Expert) wef Jan. 2nd ,2009. With this he has also become an Ex Officio Director of MSEB Holding Company Ltd.
    Shri Prakash Vitthal Page is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries India.
