Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company is one of the largest public sector company engaged in the business of electricity distribution. MSEDCL’s distribution network is divided in 14 zones, 43 circles, 138 divisions & 606 sub divisions and store offices catering services to around 1.76 crs consumers.

MSEDCL has decided to form a panel of audit firms ( CA / CWA Firms) for conducting risk based Internal Audit of various functions of the company for the FY 2010-11. The Audit firms having main / branch office / office in Maharashtra shall apply for empanelment in presciribed application form (As per Annexure I). The details of qualification requirement is given in Annexure II.

Therefore, Audit firms satisfying qualifying requirement shall submit the appliciation within 15 days (i.e on or before 15.01.2011) in hard copy only.
