The recruitment process for the post of Lower Division Clerk / Office Assistant has been completed and the list of selected candidates was displayed on the website on 20.03.2012. Considering the vacancies and backlog, the selected candidates have been allocated to the zones. The zonal Chief Engineers will issue the detailed appointments after verification of the documents.

The Backward class candidates (other than SC &ST category) are selected subject to submission of a certificate from appropriate authority as prescribed by Govt. of Maharashtra vide Circular No. CBC-10/2006/PK 15/BCR-5 dated 05/06/2006 showing that they are not covered under the concept of Creamy Layer. (Not applicable for Sportsperson)

For claiming the benefit of reservation under Backward Class category, the candidates should produce a caste validity certificate issued by Caste Scrutiny Committee. Those selected candidates applied without caste validity certificate will be appointed provisionally only after submission of proof of submission of documents to appropriate Caste Scrutiny Committee for caste validity as per G.R.No.BCC-2011/P.K.1064/2011/16-B dated 12/12/2011.
